The JDT Group have bought Carris Utility Solutions Ltd.

JDT has recently acquired an electricity utilities company: Carris Utility Solutions Ltd . Based out of south London, Carris Utility Solutions has a 15-year pedigree in the electricity utilities sector and currently delivers electricity connections services for its principal client Power On Connections Ltd, part of the BUUK group, a leading national multi-utilities infrastructure provider.

This acquisition is another step along JDT’s long term business plan as we expand across the utilities sector to realise the opportunities of the NetZero transition and further secure our long-term future.
